Our Story
The Pink Ladies Volunteer Corps (PLVC) was founded in 1980 by Ms. Olive Miller MBE and Ms. Evelyn Andersen; united by a simple but powerful mission: to care for the elderly, children, and those in need across the Cayman Islands.
Over 40 years later, that same spirit of compassion continues to guide everything we do.
Through the dedication of our volunteers and the generosity of our community, PLVC has proudly donated over
$2 million to local organisations, including:
-
The Pines Retirement Home
-
NCVO Children’s Services
-
Lighthouse School
-
Health Services Authority
-
Special Olympics Cayman Islands
-
YMCA Cayman Islands
-
Inclusion Cayman
-
Cayman Islands Hospital
-
Cayman’s ARK
-
…and many other deserving causes
We are incredibly proud of our legacy, but even more excited about the future!
